The South Florida Fair & Palm Beach County Expositions, Inc. is proud to annually award more than $60,000 in Scholarships to worthy South Florida students who have a desire to further their education. Your donation to the Fund supports our efforts!

The South Florida Fair and Palm Beach County Expositions strives to make a difference in the community in which we live. Although the South Florida Fair event is held in January, we are active year round and dedicate our efforts to providing educational programs for area youth. The Fair is proud to host City Kids On The Farm program in the summer, school tours in our historic Yesteryear Village all year long and award over $80,000 in scholarships to area students. This is just a small sample of the ways the Fair gives back to our community through educational programs.

We are proud to annually award Scholarships to worthy South Florida students who have exhibited a desire to further their education. Our purpose is to encourage young people, who might not otherwise have an opportunity, to pursue a college education.

ANNUAL SILENT AUCTION

During the 2025 South Florida Fair, we will be conducting an online virtual/silent auction through the Qtego App. We are in the process of securing great items for this very important fundraiser. All donations will be acknowledged with a donation receipt as the Fair is a 501 (c)(3) organization. You will receive the receipt when you drop off the donation at our offices.

To contribute with an item for the Silent Auction, please download the PDF form below or call Kayla Cawley at (561) 472-8496 or email kayla@southfloridafair.com no later than December 15, 2024.

If you are unable to deliver your item, we will make arrangements to pick it up, or it can be mailed to the South Florida Fair - 9067 Southern Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.
