Volunteers are the heartbeat of the South Florida Fair, and their roles are as diverse and dynamic as the community we serve. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to the scene, there's a place for you in our family.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are eager to gain experience and knowledge in the event industry to volunteer with us throughout the year. Volunteering with the South Florida Fair will help you develop public speaking skills, make new friends, have fun all while serving your community.

Guest Services Volunteers
Guest Services volunteers are needed for the annual South Florida Fair, January 17 - February 2, 2025. Guest Services volunteers provide the Fair customer with important information to help make their visit to the Fair a rewarding experience. An orientation program is held prior to the Fair and shifts are 4 hours each. This is a great way to see the Fair as an insider!
Throughout the year, Guest Services volunteers are also needed for a variety of Fairgrounds produced events.
Yesteryear Village Volunteers
Yesteryear Village’s mission is to promote the preservation and appreciation of early life in Florida, helping bring the past alive.
Volunteers in the Village assist at special events throughout the year as well as during school tours which are held year-round and during the South Florida Fair.
