AG-Explorations

The 2025 South Florida Fair is January 17-February 2. School groups can visit the fair on special dates for AG-Explorations. Students will be directed to designated areas, see unique exhibits, and “take back to class” packets to reinforce the experience.

A year-long FREE experience in your classroom!

Forget the guinea pig. How about adopting a 100-pound dairy calf for your classroom mascot by joining the Adopt-A-Cow program? Don’t worry about finding a pen big enough to hold her. The photos and stories we’ll send you about her life on the farm will make her “come alive” for your students!

ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF STUDENTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED EACH DAY.

Buses should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 9:45 a.m. Times for all AG-Explorations: 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Tours will take place rain or shine, virtual tours are also available.

Calves will be available during visits, but may want to rest or eat while your group is visiting.
