After the audition process is complete, selected showcase talent will be notified of the date and time they will compete during the Fair.

Two (2) preliminary rounds , semi-final and final competition will be schedule during the Fair, January 18 - February 3, 2008. Finals beginning at noon.

Competition will be scheduled Monday ­ Friday beginning at 7 p.m.; Saturday ­ Sunday beginning at noon on the Taste Of Florida Stage.
