GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
ALL EXHIBITORS
1. All entries and awards in all livestock departments shall be subject to the rules and regulations published in
the premium list.
2. Entries close: ALL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY DECEMBER 1st.
3. All warts must be removed prior to arrival on fairgrounds.
4. Special rules for the physically challenged will apply.
5. No changes will be allowed once entry forms are received; however, substitutions will be accepted up to
January 5 (unless otherwise listed).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR
LIVESTOCK AND AGRICULTURE PARTICIPANTS
1. The drive-in entry for Livestock/Agriculture will continue to be Gate 4 off livestock area.
2. Effective August 17, 2000, the Board of Trustees of the South Florida Fair and Palm Beach County Expositions, Inc. voted that there would be absolutely no animal sales to the public, with the exception of those amended by the Board, during the annual Fair. Rules and regulations have been revised to reflect this Fair Board action.
3. The IAFE National Code of Show Ring Ethics and the
South Florida Fair shall govern the competitions at the
South Florida Fair.
4. Execpt as otherwise permitted by law, NO DOGS are
allowed in any exhibit tent/building unless they are
scheduled for a demonstration or competition.
5. Each exhibitor must complete, in it's entirety, an
entry form to receive premium monies.
6. The Livestock Show Schedule
is tentative and subject to change. Show times may vary
due to length of show.

daily schedules, new features, and ticket ordering

as we approach the Fair, January 16-February 1, 2009.
