The Great American Craft Show is a juried craft show.
All crafters wanting to participate must complete
and submit this application. The submitting of
an application does not guarantee acceptance, the
right to participate, or the reservation of booth
space. Because of the success of last year's show,
the demand for space has been exceptional. All
space is first come first serve. Please return
ASAP to reserve your space at the 2009 South Florida
Fair.

Liability Insurance: Commercial general
liability insurance naming the South Florida
Fair and Palm Beach County Expositions, Inc as “additional
insured” is required of each
exhibitor as part of their License Agreement. Exhibitor
shall
provide a certificate of insurance indicating general
liability coverage of a minimum of $1,000,000.00.
This
form must be received by January 10, 2009.
I have read and accept all the 2009 Craft Show Regulations
for The Great American Craft Show at the 2009 South
