Become a Vendor

Outdoor Space is limited, with preference given to vendors who have provided excellent service in previous years. Because available space is limited and many vendors return annually, new applications are reviewed through a selection process rather than on a first-come, first-served basis.

New vendor applicants are evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Completed online application, including references and color photos -incomplete applications will not be considered
- Product balance, uniqueness, and diversity with limited duplication
- Appearance, professionalism, and attractiveness of the display shown in submitted photos
- Prior experience at events, references, referrals, and written recommendations
- Financial responsibility
- Ability to create and maintain a professional display
- Availability of appropriate space

Please note that the number of new applications received each year generally exceeds the available space. Unfortunately, not all applicants will receive a Vendor License Agreement.

Selection Process Timeline:
- Early August: Applications are posted and available online
- September/October: Space is allocated to returning vendors
- November: New vendor spaces are offered as availability allows

Selection of new vendors continues until all available spaces have been filled. If your application is selected, you will be notified promptly and sent a Vendor License Agreement for completion.
